Eternodesign in the media

How did you start in the world of architecture or interior design? Why did you choose this profession?
There are many layers in my life that lead me in this direction from a young age: I had a strong passion and love for design from an early age where I would often be found drawing my surroundings or painting in the backyard which transpired into Architecture and a love for Art History and Classical studies in high school and University. I studied Design at Victoria University Wellington, New Zealand and majored in Interior Design/Interior Architecture. I was fortunate enough to work in my final year of design with a structural engineer and Architect where we worked with developers, gaining a hands on insight in the real world of Interior Design and Architecture. I was given the creative freedom to express our ideas which was a pivotal point in knowing this was the direction I wished to follow.
